Alcoholic Root Beer | Prep 2 mins | Serves 1

Ingredients

• 50ml Red Elk Sarsaparilla Mixing Syrup
• 200ml Extra Dry Prosecco
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: Blueberries or basil

Method

1. Pour measure of Red Elk Sarsaparilla Mixing Syrup into the glass.
2. Add 2–3 ice cubes.
3. Top with Prosecco and lightly stir.
4. Garnish with blueberries or basil.
