50ml Red Elk Green Ginger Mixing Syrup
200ml Extra Dry Prosecco
Method
Choose a fancy glass like a champagne or wine glass. Pour measure of Red Elk Green Ginger Mixing Syrup into the glass. Add 2-3 ice cubes. Top with Prosecco and lightly stir. Garnish with blueberries or an orange slice.
