Ingredients

Small onion, finely chopped

Crushed garlic

Pork Belly


Method

  1. Finely chop onion & place into jug with 1 tsp crushed garlic.

  2. Add 250ml Red Elk Bourbon Dry Ginger Ale Mixing Syrup.

  3. Stir to mix. Place the meat in appropriate sized container, pour marinade over meat.
