Spring is the season for garden parties, sunny brunches, and drinks that sparkle with personality. Enter the Miss Lemonchilla—a bright, citrusy cocktail that’s almost too easy to make, but impressive enough to serve at your next weekend gathering.
With just two ingredients and a garnish that feels fancy without the fuss, this bubbly beauty is light, zesty, and just the right amount of special.
🍋 Ingredients (serves 1)
- 50ml Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup
- 200ml extra dry Prosecco
- Lemon wedge or cucumber ribbon to garnish (optional)
🥂 Method
- Add 50ml of Lemon Syrup to your glass.
- Slowly top with 200ml of chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or a cucumber ribbon for extra flair.
💡 Serving Tip
- To make a cucumber ribbon: use a vegetable peeler to slice a long, thin strip of Lebanese cucumber. Press it gently against the inside of your glass before pouring the syrup. Pour the Prosecco slowly to keep the ribbon in place.
It’s refreshing, stylish, and couldn’t be easier—just like spring should be.
