Our version lightens things up with bubbly Prosecco and Red Elk’s Green Ginger Mixing Syrup. It’s zingy, refreshing, and just the thing to sip on when you want something nostalgic... but a bit more elegant.
🍸 Ingredients (serves 1)
- 50ml Red Elk Green Ginger Mixing Syrup
- 200ml extra dry Prosecco
- 2–3 ice cubes
- Optional garnish: blueberries or an orange slice

- Choose a champagne flute or wine glass.
- Pour 50ml of Green Ginger Syrup into the glass.
- Add 2–3 ice cubes.
- Top with chilled Prosecco and give it a light stir.
